Option #1 – Scheduled Rent Payments

  • All scheduled rent payments are required to be paid through our rent collection portal at www.clearnow.com as per the lease.   There is no fee through this portal and it will ensure that your rent is paid on time without any worries of late fees.  
  1.  Go to www.clearnow.com.
  2.  On the Enroll tab, enter your email address in the “Enroll as a Tenant” section and follow the prompts. Please make sure all information is filled out completely to ensure that rent will be paid on time.
  3.  Once you receive the enrollment instructions, please submit all required documents to clearnow.com for them to process the scheduled rent payment which is always on the first of each month.

Please make sure you submit all required documents in a timely and prompt manner as clearnow.com has a deadline due to banking regulations

Option #2 – On Demand Payment

During the leasing process and anytime you need to pay non scheduled payments such as security deposit, utility payment, property damage payment, etc…, we are willing to accept payments through our venmo account. This rent option should not be used for scheduled rent payments.
